MATE has a mail merge function, drawing directly from the data contained in the software. The data captured is able to be integrated with global templates saved in the system. This administrative function ensures the database is able to be used to send a variety of letters to hosts, apprentices, trainees and candidates, such as progression letters, completion letters, award update notifications etc.
