Training new staff in GAP processes can be daunting, as the industry is diverse and complicated. You will have found that when training new staff it can be difficult to know where to start as there is just so much they need to know.
As MATE captures everything we do from our processes to the terminology we use, MATE training actually covers all facets of the business of Group Training. New staff training, based on the functionality of MATE and the processes built into the system, is an effective training tool that introduces Field Officers to the way we work and the processes we follow. Essentially, the system is telling them what they need to do!
Supporting the process flows in MATE is the documentation contained within the system, as well as the MATE manual itself. MATE training is, in our experience, the best possible way to train new staff members and ensure they adopt the system and the way we work from the very beginning.
If you operate across multiple sites, it is imperative that once the formal induction and training process for staff is concluded, they continue to remember and follow the required processes. MATE ensures this, making it as easy as possible to get new people trained as quickly as possible.
